POTTING OF ELECTRONICS / CONFORMAL COATING
The selective conformal coating line of printed circuit boards is an important part of our technology portfolio and allow us to offer a tropicalization treatment, both single and double sides, to our Customers.
Our potting station (bi-components, polyurethan) enables us to offer a complete protection against dust, water and other chemical agents for a more robust product design, where necessary, overall for open-air products or highly aggressive environmental conditions applications.
TEST SYSTEMS
With our self-developed test systems for electronics manufacturing, we enhance product quality and cost-efficiency to the highest level.
TRACEABILITY
Automated traceability of all materials and processes allow us to identify faults for our customers and systematically eliminate their causes. A QR code is implemented in our products and a specific software is employed to get and store the data.
