Son una herramienta clave de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fideselectronica.com\/es\/servicios\/ingenieria\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ingenier\u00eda de procesos,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orientada a detectar desviaciones, reducir variabilidad y garantizar que el producto fabricado se comporta como fue dise\u00f1ado, no solo en laboratorio, sino en condiciones reales de uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre cuando las pruebas no forman parte del proceso?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En muchos proyectos industriales, las pruebas se concentran al final de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n. Se fabrica primero y se valida despu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este enfoque suele funcionar en prototipos o series muy cortas, pero empieza a fallar cuando el volumen aumenta o el producto entra en entornos exigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando los tests no est\u00e1n integrados desde el inicio, los defectos introducidos en fases tempranas \u2014como la impresi\u00f3n de pasta de soldadura o la colocaci\u00f3n de componentes\u2014 solo se detectan cuando el coste de correcci\u00f3n es elevado. En el peor de los casos, el fallo aparece directamente en campo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el punto de vista de ingenier\u00eda, se ha de tener una estrategia de validaci\u00f3n alineada con el proceso productivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el impacto real de una mala estrategia de testing en producci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las consecuencias de una validaci\u00f3n insuficiente son conocidas en la planta de producci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento de retrabajos, con impacto directo en costes y plazos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Defectos intermitentes, dif\u00edciles de reproducir y de diagnosticar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9rdida de trazabilidad, que impide identificar el origen del fallo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducci\u00f3n de la fiabilidad a largo plazo, especialmente en productos sometidos a estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico o mec\u00e1nico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problemas en auditor\u00edas o certificaciones, al no disponer de evidencias objetivas del control del proceso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En t\u00e9rminos de negocio, estos problemas se traducen en costes ocultos y en p\u00e9rdida de confianza del cliente final.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los tests deben entenderse como parte de la ingenier\u00eda de procesos?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la ingenier\u00eda de procesos, el test no es un filtro binario (apto\/no apto), sino un mecanismo de control del proceso.
